Abstract: Innocence of change management is believed to be the cause of the failure in implementation of an information system for most companies. In this study, changing process of implementing an information system for a medium size high technology manufacturing company, the Varitronix Limited, has been investigated. In addition, variables that may affect user acceptance level have been evaluated. Statistical and qualitative analysis have been applied to explore the nature of these variables. Suggestions are given to solve the problems that may be caused due to the changing environment.
